Current Employment Opportunities

ANIMAL CARETAKERS, F/T & P/T positions.  Cleaning, feeding and caring for animals in a shelter setting. Must enjoy fast-paced physical work as part of a team. Animal experience a plus.

Employment applications are generally kept for a period of 6 months.

Pick up an application at our shelter during operating hours or download and print our employment application.   Complete the application and either bring it to the shelter (along with your resume, if applicable) between the hours of 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Saturday ,fax it to 804-693-2009 or mail to GMHS P.O. Box 385 Gloucester, VA 23061.
