Before any pet is released, the adoptive family is carefully screened to assure that a healthy, happy environment will be provided. In addition, each adoptive family receives information on responsible pet care prior to release of the animal. The adoption application is available here.

All of our adopted animals receive their basic necessary inoculations, except for rabies, which must be given by a licensed veterinarian. All adoptive families are given a certificate for a free examination by participating veterinarians. All animals must be spayed or neutered, and the Humane Society issues a 25% discount coupon which is honored by these same veterinarians.
