From Gloucester Courthouse: At the light at Route 14 and US 17 Business  turn onto Route 14 (this will be a right or left depending on which direction you are heading on 17 Bypass). Travel approximately 4 1/2 - 5 miles. Take a left onto Route 661 (Rang Tang Road). Travel approximately 1/2 - 1 mile up Route 661. The shelter is located on the righthand side.

From Mathews: Travel towards Gloucester Courthouse on Route 14. Approximately 1 mile after passing Route 3 on the right you'll pass a nursery (Tidewater Tropicals) on the righthand side. Slow down - around the next curve you will take a right onto Route 661 (Rang Tang Road). Travel approximately 1/2 - 1 mile up Route 661. The shelter is located on the righthand side.
